Musanada’s 800177 HELP DESK aims to provide a unified customer service experience and single point of contact for our clients and suppliers, plus our employees who are utilising Musanada shared services. Currently we communicate via multiple channels including phone, web, email, faxes and letters.
The 800177 HELP DESK handles support via live-agents for some clients, and automated call forwarding via IVR technology for others. The 800177 HELP DESK captures client incidents, requests as well as complaints, and keeps the requestor informed by using Email and SMS technology. The help desk system automatically notifies the relevant suppliers and client requestors about the progress of their case. By December 2011, Musanada suppliers and general company inquiries will also be handled by the same team.
The 800177 HELP DESK issues performance reports and satisfaction surveys to its clients to ensure continuous improvement of its service, as well as closely monitoring the quality & performance across service delivery ensuring our clients receive the support they expect, in a timely fashion.
